Relationship with others:  learning how to communicate with others, manage your emotions and responses to others, healing relationship trauma, identifying and processing your triggers, and identifying and setting healthy boundaries.

learning how to navigate the world we live in through the stress of the pandemic, social injustices, racism, working 9-5's, owning your own business, and day to day life stressors. Learning how to take care of your mental health, identifying coping tools, working through your anxiety and depression and the symptoms that come along with it.
